Colours and shapes of nature

These rock formations reminded us a bit on Australia. There were some "Viscachas" hopping around the rocks - a kind of rabbit.

The tree out of stone - Arbol de la Piedra - was formed by wind and weather.

At the Laguna Colorada - look at the red of the Lagoon!

And this is again the red Lagoon - almost at sunset.

A geothermal field where it was possible to walk around however you wanted to... unlike in New Zealand with all the fenced off areas for security reasons...

A mud pool - boiling... ;-)
