Camino del Oro - first day

A street in Sorata, a typical mountain village from where we started our trek through the Cordillera Real.

During the lunch break on our first day of the Camino del Oro trek.

Here our guide saddled the mules again which carried our backpacks.

Our first camp was near a village and so we cooked under steady supervision of the kids of the village.

And they constantly asked for sweets! Just look at their teeth!!!.

And again while cooking. The nuimber of kids increased up to a certain point.
